Cyclical and Planned Maintenance
The Co-operative will be undertaking the following work in early 2017/2018:
- Kitchen and Boiler replacement at Torr St
- Gutter cleaning throughout the estate
- Gas servicing and maintenance
- Painting external elevations to 2-8 Sloy St and 21-33 Fruin St
- Stock conditioning survey
- Bathroom and gas central heating system replacement at 2-16 Fruin St and 10 Ashfield St
- Replacement of entrance doors to Coulin, Glendarvel and Glentrool Gardens
