Cyclical and Planned Maintenance

The Co-operative will be undertaking the following work in early 2017/2018:

  • Kitchen and Boiler replacement at Torr St
  • Gutter cleaning throughout the estate
  • Gas servicing and maintenance
  • Painting external elevations to 2-8 Sloy St and 21-33 Fruin St
  • Stock conditioning survey
  • Bathroom and gas central heating system replacement at 2-16 Fruin St and 10 Ashfield St
  • Replacement of entrance doors to Coulin, Glendarvel and Glentrool Gardens
